Millions of people in the world get migraine, some worse than others. Women are more prone on getting migraine.
Migraine are pulsing headaches on one or both sides of the head and often burrows behind one eye. Any sound, movement or light may seem to intensify the pain. Before the start of a migraine some people may experience visual auras for example, flickering lights, spots or lines. These auras usually move in a curved direction and last for up to an hour. Mood changes, depression, restless sleep, watery eyes, neck pain, frequent urination, yawning a lot, numbness or tingling on one side of the body usually in the fingertips and arms and food cravings especially chocolate are the main symptoms before having a migraine. If you are prone to migraine it may be wise to regulate your mood, eating habits and sleep patterns as this can help you prevent a migraine before the pain starts setting in.
When a migraine has set in you will have trouble speaking, activity will worsen the pain as will loud noises and strong smells. Some people may experience vertigo, dizziness and/or double vision. If you feel a migraine approaching please do not think you are Superman get home as quick as possible. During a migraine the symptoms can severely disable you and are you not only a danger to yourself but also to other especially when driving.
After a migraine you will feel as if your body has been pummeled. It is better to stay in bed even after a migraine has passed in order for your body to rebuild what has been lost. It can also be wise to book a treatment in an ozone sauna. Ozone will neutralize toxins and impurities, relieve stress, neutralize carbon and improve your blood circulation. Oxygen helps the body heal quicker and will improve your general health.
If you, your Mother or your Grandmother are prone to migraines you should look after yourself just a little bit more. Eat healthy food, drink plenty of water, exercise at least 20 min a day, get enough sleep and know your triggers (as seen in the infographic below).

Very true.. Migraine is unexplainable and you’ll never really know why you get them, but all we can do is to live as healthy as possible and learn what our triggers are.
