Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Strawberries
- ½ cup Blueberries
- 1 orange, peel and seeds removed
- 1 banana
- ½ cup Plain yogurt, fat free is better
- ½ cup Tofu
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Agave nectar
Method:
- Add all these luscious ingredients into a blender and blend.
