[Recipe] Boost your beauty smoothie

You can never go wrong with enjoying a smoothie every now and again, especially when the main ingredients are berries! Smoothies have a high sugar content and may have a high calorie count so never overindulge when it comes to smoothies.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Strawberries
  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • 1 orange, peel and seeds removed
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup Plain yogurt, fat free is better
  • ½ cup Tofu
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Agave nectar

Method:

  1. Add all these luscious ingredients into a blender and blend.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
