Ingredients:
- 375ml Skim milk
- 500ml Kale leaves and stems
- 1 Kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
- 1 tbsp Smooth peanut butter
- 1 tsp Honey
Method:
- In a blender add the milk, kale, kiwi, peanut butter and honey.
- Blend until smooth
- Serve and enjoy!
