[Recipe] Have a White Christmas

Ingredients:

  • 200g White chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Brandy
  • 300 ml Low- fat cream
  • You can choose between coconut, flaked almonds or white chocolate sprinkles as a coating. Or you can use all of them.

Method:

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a bain marie or double boiler.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in the brandy and cream. You will be left with a gorgeous silky smooth mixture.
  3. Place in refrigerator to set slightly
  4. Remove from fridge and scoop our equal spoonfuls.
  5. Use your hands to roll the chocolate into balls. Rather make the balls a bit smaller than too big.
  6. Roll balls in coating of either coconut, flaked almonds or chocolate sprinkles.

NOTE: If you are make these delicious balls on a hot day, you can place your hands in an ice cold bowl of water until cooled before rolling your balls. This will prevent the chocolate from melting.
