Ingredients:
- 200g White chocolate
- 2 tbsp Brandy
- 300 ml Low- fat cream
- You can choose between coconut, flaked almonds or white chocolate sprinkles as a coating. Or you can use all of them.
Method:
- Melt the white chocolate in a bain marie or double boiler.
- Remove from heat and mix in the brandy and cream. You will be left with a gorgeous silky smooth mixture.
- Place in refrigerator to set slightly
- Remove from fridge and scoop our equal spoonfuls.
- Use your hands to roll the chocolate into balls. Rather make the balls a bit smaller than too big.
- Roll balls in coating of either coconut, flaked almonds or chocolate sprinkles.
NOTE: If you are make these delicious balls on a hot day, you can place your hands in an ice cold bowl of water until cooled before rolling your balls. This will prevent the chocolate from melting.
