As so much of our everyday food is genetically enhanced and covered in pesticides we can no longer think one or two pieces of fruit a day will be enough.

Ingredients:
- 10 large strawberries
- 1/2 cup slices watermelon
- 1/4 cup mint leaves
- 6 cups mineral water
- Ice (Use mineral water)
Directions:
- Fill the bottom of a pitcher with ice.
- Add strawberries, watermelon and mint leaves on top.
- Fill the pitcher with water
- Drink and enjoy!
