This delicious recipe is easy to make and all you need is a blender and a freezer. This recipe makes about 3 cups of ice cream.
Ingredients:
- ½ cup Coconut milk
- ¼ cup Unsweetened flaked coconut
- ¼ cup Maple syrup
- ½ tsp Vanilla
- 2 frozen Bananas
Method:
- Add the coconut milk, flaked coconut, maple syrup, vanilla and frozen bananas into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a, freezer proof, tub.
- Leave in freezer for about 4 hours to set.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
- Feel free to sprinkle coconut flakes over your ice cream before serving.
