We all know how important it is to do at least 30 minutes of exercise each day, but where do we get the time?

Well it all depends on what you want to accomplish. To keep healthy no heavy exercise is needed. Exercise can be worked into most of our everyday tasks. Rather take the stairs, stop a bit further away from a shopping mall entrance, do not bend to pick something up rather squat and come up without any assistance, when watching your favourite shows on television, move your legs or stretch your arms. Basically anything works as long as you move! If you would like to lose some weight on the other hand you will have to do more physical exercise like cardio, aerobics, walking fast, riding a bike and playing tennis.

Yoga is a perfect exercise for any person, big or small. It improves your core strength and helps you stay nimble. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables, drink between 1,5 liters and 2 liters of water a day, do some exercise and stay away from carbs, sugars, transfats and processed foods.
