Fat flushing water

There are numerous variations of this delicious drink. It is also featured on the “Biggest Loser”.

Tangerine helps stabilize blood sugar, stimulates genes and increases your body’s sensitivity to insulin. Peppermint will aid better digestion where cucumber will help with water retention and will make you feel less bloated. Grapefruit are packed with Vitamin C and will turn body fat into fuel.

For best results make 1,5 liters – 2 liters of the “Fat flush water”. Drink a small amount at night, continue the next day drinking frequent small amounts.


  • 1,5 liters – 2 liters Mineral water
  • 1/2 Grapefruit
  • 1 Tangerine
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 4 Peppermint leaves
  • Ice (made with mineral water)


  1. Prepare fruits by cutting and dicing (keep the skins on)
  2. Pour water into a pitcher and add fruit to soak.
  3. Leave for about half an hour in the fridge to cool and for the water to fuse with the fruit.
  4. Drink and enjoy!


# Please note that it is better to use organic fruits as they have more nutrients. Non-organic foods are treated with pesticides and can be harmful. Scrubbing the skins of your fruit will not get rid of pesticides.
