[Recipe] Detox Rainbow Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Rainbow slaw (red cabbage, hearts of cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli)
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 Medium Red pepper, diced

  • Pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Add your rainbow slaw, romaine lettuce, red pepper and avocado
  2. Toss gently to combine the ingredients.
