[Recipe] Lemon, lime & peppermint sorbet

This sorbet recipe is super easy to make and takes about 15 minutes. Great for any occasion.


  • 200g Sugar
  • 275ml Water
  • 5 Lemons; juice and zest
  • 3 Limes; juice and zest
  • A few Peppermint leaves; finely chopped


  1. In a saucepan, heat sugar and water until it starts to boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool.
  3. With a grater, gently grate the skin of the lemons and limes into a bowl
  4. Now you can juice all the lemons and limes
  5. In a freezer proof dish, mix together the water mixture, zest, juice and peppermint.
  6. Place in freezer for about 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes. If the sorbet is a bit runny place it in the freezer again and check on it every 30 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
