[Recipe] Pina Colada Smoothie

This smoothie can be enjoyed any time of day and is 100% alcohol free, if you desire.


  • 185 ml Coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup Pineapple, cubed and frozen
  • 1/2 Banana, cut in half and frozen
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Sea salt


  1. In a blender add the coconut milk, pineapple, banana, honey, lime juice and salt. Blend until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
