This recipe is great when you have a exercising buddy to share it with.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Spinach, preferably frozen as it makes the smoothie frothier
- 2 Bananas
- 1 cup Apple juice
Method:
- Add your frozen spinach, bananas and apple juice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth
- Serve and enjoy!
