[Recipe] Superwoman smoothie

This recipe is great when you have a exercising buddy to share it with.

Nutritional information

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Spinach, preferably frozen as it makes the smoothie frothier
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 cup Apple juice

Method:

  1. Add your frozen spinach, bananas and apple juice to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Serve and enjoy!
