This delightful little pudding is packed with flavour and will be a great ending to any meal. This recipe serves 4.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
Method:
- In a mixing bowl add the milk, chia, vanilla and maple syrup and whisk.
- Place in refrigerator for 10 minutes and whisk again.
- This method should be repeated three times. This will result in a smooth lump-free mixture.
- Pour the mixture into 4 small ramekins, cover with cling film and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours.
- Garnish, before serving, with fresh berries
- Serve and enjoy!
