[Recipe] Vanilla Chia Pudding

This delightful little pudding is packed with flavour and will be a great ending to any meal. This recipe serves 4.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Milk 
  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup

Method:

  1. In a mixing bowl add the milk, chia, vanilla and maple syrup and whisk.
  2. Place in refrigerator for 10 minutes and whisk again.
  3. This method should be repeated three times. This will result in a smooth lump-free mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into 4 small ramekins, cover with cling film and refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours.
  5. Garnish, before serving, with fresh berries
  6. Serve and enjoy!
