Tobacco use dates back to 5025BC. The Babylonians,  Greeks, Mayan, Aztecs, Ancient Chinese, Ancient Japanese and countries in the middle east all used tobacco.

The western countries only adopted the ritual later on and was tobacco’s peak from the 1920’s – 1970’s. People were allowed to smoke every and anywhere. Wether you are on the bus, in front of your desk at work or in an airplane. Tobacco was seen as “The” thing to do.

In 1946, Doctors Alton Ochsner and Michael DeBakey, published an article in the archives of surgery about the link between tobacco-use and lung cancer. Over the next few year more Doctors conduct research into the effects tobacco has on your health. In the late 1950’s more and more magazines and advertising agencies were denying tobacco advertisements as they were seen as misleading.

Numerous health associations join together to fight tobacco-use and to educate the public. The peak of tobacco-use was in 1963. It was estimated that yearly each person smoked 4336 cigarettes.

Today, you can no longer smoke where you want. Most countries have designated areas where you are allowed to smoke and if found smoking in a non-smoking area you may be fined.

Smoking is very addictive and that is why it is still popular. Most people who smoke don’t care about the negative effects smoking may have on their health. Some people would love to quit but find the detox process difficult.

Ozone Therapy can help you in the detox process. Ozone helps your body rid it of toxins and impurities, reduces cravings, improves blood circulation, improves cell respiration, improves lung function and ridding the body of built up residues. Ozone will also help fight high blood pressure, cancer, immune deficiency, diabetes and cardio vascular problems.
