Some deaths are preventable

We grew up in a world where illness causes death and there was pretty much nothing you can do about it. Today, that mentality is a thing of the past. According to the World Health Organization, about one-third of all deaths in the world daily, are preventable. Over the years our technology has improved rapidly and in theory no one should get sick any more.

The leading causes of preventable deaths are:

  • Hypertension
  • Smoking tobacco
  • Malnutrition
  • Sexually transmitted diseases
  • Poor diet
  • Overweight and obesity
  • Physical inactivity
  • Alcohol
  • Indoor air pollution from solid fuels
  • Unsafe water and poor sanitation

All the above causes seem minor but by changing small things in your life you can drastically prolong you time here on earth. Looking after yourself is very important. We have no excuse! Go for an annual check up, eat the right food, stay active, stop smoking and limit alcohol consumption.

Ozone Therapy can also do wonders for your health. Ozone has shown to boost your immune system, improve vitamin and mineral absorption, promote weight loss and remove toxins and impurities from the body. Ozone Therapy may also reduce your chances of developing cancer, hypertension, high cholesterol, low blood pressure, arthritis, Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis and diabetes.

Will you be preventing an early death?
