Stress relieving drink

 

We live in a very fast paced and stressful world. Making your own juice from fruit and veg will benefit your general health and keep you full of energy. Juicing your fruit and veg does not mean you are making a smoothie. When making this type of juice you will need a de-juicer, which grinds the ingredients, discarding the meat and keeping the juice.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Green apples
  • Bunch of spinach
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Celery stick
  • 1/4 Lemon
  • Ginger root to your taste

Directions:

  1. Wash fruit and vegetables under running water
  2. Cut into small cubes
  3. Turn on your Juicer and start adding ingredients.
  4. Drink and enjoy
  5. You may add ice if you prefer a cooler drink

# Note that when juicing fruit and vegetables one should drink it immediately as time passes, some  vitamins and minerals are lost.
