Ingredients:
- 230g Dairy free Coconut milk
- 30g Dark chocolate, of your choosing
- 2 tbsp Cashew butter
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, grounded
- 1/4 tsp Cardamon, grounded
- 4 Dates, pitted
- For garnish you can use a few mint leaves or coconut flakes
Method:
- Add the chocolate, cashew butter, cinnamon, cardamon and dates to a blender. Do not blend as of yet.
- Heat coconut milk in a pot on a medium heat. Remove just before boiling.
- Pour the hot coconut milk into the blender and blend
- Garnish and server in a mug.
- Enjoy!
