This lovely recipe makes 2 servings and will take about 15 minutes to make.
Ingredients
- 240 ml Pomegranate juice
- 1/2 ripe avocado, pitted and peeled
- 4 dates, pitted
- 2 tbsp Ground flax seeds
- 4 cups Baby spinach
- 4 cups Romaine lettuce
- 1 cup Frozen blueberries
- 1 cup Frozen strawberries
Method:
- In a blender, add the pomegranate juice, avocado, dates, flax seeds, spinach, lettuce, blueberries and strawberries.
- Blend until smooth
- Serve and enjoy!!
