Blueberry-Mango-Smoothie3

There is nothing more delicious than fresh, juicy and sweet berries! I can drink this smoothie everyday. Note that this recipe can be made with either fresh or frozen berries, but  I prefer fresh!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Strawberries
  • 1/4 cup Kale
  • 1 cup Water

Method:

  1. Add all your ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until nice and smooth
  3. Enjoy!

Note: When making a smoothie it is best to drink it right away, the longer you wait the more nutrients may get lost.
