Smoothies are not only delicious but are also good for you! But on the down side, smoothies contain lots of natural sugars which can make you gain weight. If you love your smoothies as much as I do, remember to get regular exercise every day. For the non-exercise folk, drinking a smoothie a week will not drastically affect your weight, but getting some exercise won’t do any harm.
- 1 scoop of your favorite Protein shake
- 100ml water
- 100ml Almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 of a frozen Banana
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Shredded coconut, unsweetened
- 4 Ice cubes
- Add all the above ingredients to your blender. Make sure that the banana has been cut into small enough chunks. We wouldn’t want your blender to burn out.
