The perfect pancakes for breakfast, noon or night! This recipe serves 2.
Ingredients:
- 2 Bananas
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Almond butter
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- Blueberry jam
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add the almond butter and eggs. Stir until fully combined and pour mixture into a pouring jug.
- Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan. When the pan is nice and hot pour the pancake batter into the pan.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface and flip over. The bottom of the pancake should be nice and golden brown.
- Cook until the other side of the pancake is the same golden brown.
- Repeat until all the batter has been used.
- Top the pancakes with the jam.
- Serve and enjoy!
