The best pancakes ever!

The perfect pancakes for breakfast, noon or night! This recipe serves 2.

Nutritional information

Ingredients: 

  • 2  Bananas
  • 4  Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Almond butter
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • Blueberry jam

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
  2. Add the almond butter and eggs. Stir until fully combined and pour mixture into a pouring jug.
  3. Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan. When the pan is nice and hot pour the pancake batter into the pan.
  4. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and flip over. The bottom of the pancake should be nice and golden brown.
  5. Cook until the other side of the pancake is the same golden brown.
  6. Repeat until all the batter has been used.
  7. Top the pancakes with the jam.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
