We have all had that one job which just proved to be too much when it came to stress. Are you still in that situation? Or are you still trying to make yourself believe life is good?

Stress in the workplace can take a major toll on your life and your overall health. Even though you or someone you might know seems to be coping with stress most likely this is not the case. We, as human beings, can suppress many emotions but this does not mean it does not take its toll.

We spend at least 8 hours a day at our job, that is at least 40 hours a week, at least 160 hours a month, at least 1760 hours a year. In your lifetime you will have spent at least 8 years on the job. For all your workaholics it will be double or triple.

Here is a list of the most stressful countries in the world:

  1. Nigeria
  2. South Africa
  3. El Salvador
  4. Mongolia
  5. Guatemala
  6. Columbia
  7. Pakistan
  8. Jamaica
  9. Macedonia
  10. Bolivia

The best way to get rid of stress is to get rid of the source. This is always easier said than done. The wake stress leaves in your life is far worse than the actions you need to take beforehand. Always keep your eye out for a new and better job opportunity, make sure life at home is as calm as possible, never go to bed angry, rather talk about issues than keeping them to yourself as this usually leads to an unnecessary explosion, adopt a pet and make sure you get enough exercise and eat a balanced diet.

Ozone therapy can improve your stress levels as Ozone decreases anxiety, relieves stress and depression, increases oxygen levels in the body, boosts immune system and combats irritability, mood swings and exhaustion.

What will you do about your stress levels?
