Smiling is not just good for you it’s also contagious. In the world we live in today we find it more and more difficult to crack a smile. We are so focused on getting through the day that we rarely stop to smell the roses.
There are so many things we can smile at each day… Your kids when they’re being silly, pets when they go into freak-out-mode, the lady in front of you in traffic who’ve stabbed herself in the eye twice because she thought applying makeup in traffic was a good idea, the guy in line at the local grocer that flips his lid because it’s taking too long even though he decided to buy his groceries in rush hour, the list goes on… We need to train ourselves to laugh at things rather than to get upset. It’s all about the way you look at things. Try it…!
