Coffee, maple syrup and walnuts, what more can you ask for? Especially in a smoothie. This recipe make 1-2 servings.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp Walnuts
- 2 tbsp Oats, rolled
- 3/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 tbsp Coffee, ground/ instant
- 1 pinch Sea salt
- 1 packet Sweetner
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 tsp Maple syrup
- 2 Dates, pitted and coarsely chopped
- 6-8 ice cubes
Method:
- Add the Oats and walnuts to a blender and blend until a fine powder.
- Then add the almond milk, coffee, sea salt, stevia, vanilla essence, maple syrup and dates.
- Blend until fine.
- Finally add your ice cubes and blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy immediately.
