[Recipe] Maple Walnut Coffee Smoothie

Coffee, maple syrup and walnuts, what more can you ask for? Especially in a smoothie. This recipe make 1-2 servings.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Walnuts
  • 2 tbsp Oats, rolled
  • 3/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 tbsp Coffee, ground/ instant
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
  • 1 packet Sweetner
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup
  • 2 Dates, pitted and coarsely chopped
  • 6-8 ice cubes

Method:

  1. Add the Oats and walnuts to a blender and blend until a fine powder.
  2. Then add the almond milk, coffee, sea salt, stevia, vanilla essence, maple syrup and dates.
  3. Blend until fine.
  4. Finally add your ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  5. Serve and enjoy immediately.
