Bananas are packed full of nutrients and works great in any exercise filled diet.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Banana, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup Vanilla yogurt, low fat
- 1/2 cup Low-fat milk
- 2 tbsp Whole wheat cracker crumbs
- 1 tbsp Milk powder, low fat
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 ice cubes
- Cracker crumbs for garnish
Method:
- Add frozen banana, vanilla yogurt, low fat milk, cracker crumbs, milk powder, vanilla extact and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Garnish with remaining cracker crumbs
- Serve as soon as possible!
