[Recipe] Banana Cream Pie Smoothie

Bananas are packed full of nutrients and works great in any exercise filled diet.

Nutritional information

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup Vanilla yogurt, low fat
  • 1/2 cup Low-fat milk
  • 2 tbsp Whole wheat cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Milk powder, low fat
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 ice cubes
  • Cracker crumbs for garnish

Method:

  1. Add frozen banana, vanilla yogurt, low fat milk, cracker crumbs, milk powder, vanilla extact and ice cubes to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Garnish with remaining cracker crumbs
  4. Serve as soon as possible!
