[Recipe] Love Your Bump Lemonade

This delicious lemonade recipe will quench your thirst without adding on those extra unwanted pounds. This recipe produces enough concentrate for about 2 liters of lemonade. For single servings you can store the concentrate in an airtight container in the fridge. Make sure to stir the concentrate before using.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 8 cups Cold Water
  • 3-6 Mint sprigs

Method:

  1. Juice your lemons.
  2. Heat the honey in a microwave proof dish for about 30 seconds. The honey should almost have the consistency of water.
  3. Whisk the honey into the lemon juice.
  4. Now you have your concentrate.
  5. For one serving you can pour 1/4 cup lemon honey concentrate into a glass or cup. You can then top with cold water and ice for a traditional lemonade, or add some bubbles with sparkling water.
  6. Lastly add some crushed mint sprigs and enjoy!

NOTE: This recipe can also be served as a hot beverage.
