This delicious ice-cream recipe is easy to make. Please enjoy in moderation… This recipe yields 4 servings.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Vanilla ice-cream, softened
- 2 x 50g Crunchies (chocolate & honeycomb bars), chopped
- 1/4 cup crunchy Peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups Chocolate ice-cream
Method:
- Line a large muffin pan with plastic wrap.
- In a large mixing bowl. Combine the vanilla ice-cream and 3/4 honeycomb.
- Divide the mixture equally into the prepared muffin pan. Smooth each one’s top and place in the freezer for about 1 hour or until firm.
- In another large mixing bowl. Add the peanut butter and stir until softened.
- Add half of the chocolate ice-cream and combine. Add the other half and combine.
- Spoon chocolate ice-cream mixture over the vanilla mixture. Smooth tops. Cover and place in the freezer until firm. It is best to leave them overnight.
- When ready to serve. Gently, remove the ice-cream from the muffin pan.
- Place on serving dishes.
- Evenly, top each ice-cream with the remaining honeycomb.
- Serve and enjoy!
