[Recipe] Peanut Butter and Honeycomb Ice-cream

This delicious ice-cream recipe is easy to make. Please enjoy in moderation… This recipe yields 4 servings.


  • 1 1/2 cups Vanilla ice-cream, softened
  • 2 x 50g Crunchies (chocolate & honeycomb bars), chopped
  • 1/4 cup crunchy Peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Chocolate ice-cream


  1. Line a large muffin pan with plastic wrap.
  2. In a large mixing bowl. Combine the vanilla ice-cream and 3/4 honeycomb.
  3. Divide the mixture equally into the prepared muffin pan. Smooth each one’s top and place in the freezer for about 1 hour or until firm.
  4. In another large mixing bowl. Add the peanut butter and stir until softened.
  5. Add half of the chocolate ice-cream and combine. Add the other half and combine.
  6. Spoon chocolate ice-cream mixture over the vanilla mixture. Smooth tops. Cover and place in the freezer until firm. It is best to leave them overnight.
  7. When ready to serve. Gently, remove the ice-cream from the muffin pan.
  8. Place on serving dishes.
  9. Evenly, top each ice-cream with the remaining honeycomb.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
